We cut wood from the Arctic Circle area

The wood we obtain from the northern regions of Scandinavia, including beyond the Arctic Circle (northern Finland), is considered the highest quality construction material in the world – especially in the log house industry.

Our houses are made of Scandinavian spruce or Nordic pine – trees that grow slowly in a cool climate, which produces dense and durable wood.

• We harvest the wood in winter, when its moisture content is the lowest.

• Each trunk undergoes manual selection to eliminate any defects.

• We dry the wood in a chamber to minimum humidity values – this is the key to stability and lack of settling.

Perfect workmanship thanks to CNC

We use a construction method based on precisely machined wooden logs, the elements of which are manufactured with an accuracy of 1 mm. Thanks to modern CNC machines and careful selection of material, you get a house of exceptional durability and tightness, which does not settle over the years and does not require expensive repairs.

All elements of the house are computer-processed. Precise milling, cutouts, locks and tongue-and-groove joints are prepared with an accuracy that cannot be achieved by hand. Thanks to this:

• The structure is resistant to deformation and changes in humidity

We use profiled logs (tongue and groove) – have specially profiled edges that provide a better fit, better tightness and easier assembly. To create such elements we need to have the best possible quality wood (grain density).

Prefabrication and quick assembly
